Ticket Booth to a Bar Conversion and a Concealed Bed & Bookcase Project

The ticket booth had originally started life as two booths, which after the depot closed were reused as Jeweller's "cages"

After many years in storage they were in poor condition,

The elements were repaired & restored and reconfigured to form one long enclosed bar.

A custom counter top was made with fitted cabinets underneath with spaces for under counter refridgerators

All the ironwork and marble were cleaned and refitted, and missing elements made.

Concealed Bed & Bookcase Project

In the same room the client wanted a bed fitted into the wall for occasional overnight guests.

He wanted to use a type of bed with a concentina frame that had the mattress slides up into the wall, behind a book case

The bed and bookcase were designed to match the bar. The base of the bookcase slide out to form the footboard
